My name is Charles Hince. I was injured in a body-surfing accident on 8/31/96. The result of my accident left me a c4/c5 quadrapeligic. I am unable to move my body below my chest and have limited movement of my arms. I was hospitalized for four months and seventeen days. I participated in a rigorous physical rehabilitation program. Upon returning home I continued my rehabilitation and was given the opportunity to use the Hydro-Cycle.
The first time I used the Hydro-Cycle I was amazed with how my body felt during and after using the machine. I suffer from severe muscle spasms and after using the Hydro- Cycle I have noticed a reduction in the number of spasms I have. Prior to using the Hydro-Cycle I had very little muscle tone in my legs. My calf muscles were approximately 10 inches around and after using the machine for ten months my calves are now 15 inches and a firm solid muscle. I have also noticed since using the Hydro-Cycle I sleep more soundly. My range of motion has also increased and my upper body strength has dramatically improved. I have great circulation in my legs and my skin tone is wonderful. I have not suffered any skin breakdown and can attribute this to using the Hydro-Cycle.
The Hydro-Cycle is a wonderful piece of equipment, my overall health has improved and I can maintain a more vigorous rehabilitation program as a result from using this machine. I am confident that with continued use of the Hydro-Cycle my body will be in the best condition to learn to walk when a cure for paralysis is available.

My name is David Treckman; I am a licensed LPN in Massachusetts. I have been providing care for physically challenged men for 10 years. For the past year, I have been the primary care attendant for Charles Hince who introduced me to the Hydro-Cycle. I have witnessed its many therapeutic benefits.
I have never seen this incredible amount of muscle growth in a totally paralyzed individual. I can attribute this to the use of the Hydro-Cycle. Other benefits from the machine include increased circulation and excellent skin tone. Charley’s skin is very sensitive and prone to problems; yet once he started using the Hydro-Cycle, he has suffered no skin breakdowns. My name is Howard Goldsworthy. I am 51, and currently weigh 350 lbs. As a result of an industrial accident 2 years ago which ruined my right knee, I am disabled. My knee injuries have been “treated” with 2 complete knee operations, and I am now suffering with degenerative bone disease with loose bodies floating in my knee. For the past 2 years, I have been unable to walk without assistance; crutches and wheelchairs help me with mobility. This was me BEFORE I found the Hydro-Cycle.
When I began sessions with the Hydro- Cycle, I had little hope of improvement, but considered it worth a try. I noticed soreness in my knee, but after 5 30-minute workout sessions, I could bear my body weight on my bad leg without pain. No one was more surprised than I was. There was hope for me to walk again.
As I learned to walk again, I suffered soreness and stiffness, but with regular workouts with the Hydro-Cycle, everyday I would walk further. Now, I have no soreness or stiffness and am completely ambulatory. I feel that regular therapy with the Hydro- Cycle has broken down a lot of the scar tissue caused by the operations which impeded my walking.
With limber and lubricated joints from my now hourly sessions on the Hydro-Cycle, my bad days are gone. I was told that fusion (a rod implanted through my hip down my leg) was the only alterative for me. The Hydro-Cycle has been the bright spot in my life.
